CTS：Since 2012/June, ch3 ( UD component of the -500m sensor ) has malfunctioned. There is no plan to fix.
UK1：Since 2013/Oct/17(Thu), ch2 and ch3 ( EW and UD components of the -138m sensor ) has malfunctioned. And since 2016/May/17(Tue), ch1 ( NS component of the -138m sensor ) has also malfunctioned. No plan to fix.

AKD：From ~2023/08/01(Tue) to 2024/04/25(Thu), GPS time calibration failed, so there was no time accuracy, and the clock gained about 7 seconds a month. (Reported on 2024/05/23(Thu))
CTS：At the 2011/03/11 earthquake, the amplitude of the EW component of the 30m sensor was small. The 30m sensor had been malfunctioning since the lightning strike in July 2009, but it improved around January 2012, and was fully restored after the sensor was replaced on 2012/09/10(Mon). (Reported on 2024/05/23(Thu))
KNS：From ~2015/12/08(Tue) to 2016/08/04(Thu)(the day the GL sensor was changed from GL-2m to built-in SMAC-MDU), the EW component of the GL sensor(ch8) was not reliable. (Reported on 2015/12/08(Tue))
KOH：From 2014/11/21(Fri) to 2017/01/13(Fri), GPS time calibration failed, so there was no time accuracy, and the clock gained about 100 seconds a year. (Reported on 2017/01/13(Fri)
KSG：From 2010/11/05(Fri) to 2012/03 when station was closed, the amplitude of the EW component is larger than the NS component. (Reported on 2010/11/05(Fri))
TKD：From ~2009/07/23(Tue) to 2012/04/11(木), GPS time calibration failed, so there was no time accuracy, and the clock gained about 10 seconds at the 2011/03/11 earthquake. (Reported on 2011/03/12(Sat))

Most of the sensors are oriented to the true north, but some are not. This PDF ( Japanese only, sorry ) shows the orientation lists where sensors are not oriented to true north.
